Marella’s Autumn Winter 2019 Collection is about elegance and practicality, as well as a metropolitan and immediate style that combines tailoring and daily life.The suit is the main item for daywear, coming in Prince of Wales check and velvet, to wear withsatin blouses in autumn colours, ranging from a wide selection of red to more intenseBordeaux, or with iridescent crêpe de chine tops in metallic tones. The foulard prints arecharacterised by the classic cashmere pattern in flowing blue and powder pink silk.

This season fluctuates between the 80s and 90s, two decades known for the rise of the aesthetics ofthe “Made in Italy”, blendedwith fashionable elements and making a comeback with revisitedfeatures. One-shoulder blouses and high-rise pants with macro polka dots, bon ton shirts with scarvesand frills, chemisier dresses with cravat-style printed fabric, cigarette pants and skinny jackets. Coats are characterised by essential silhouettes, such as the double-breasted version with belt, the cape with lapels and the pinstripe blazer-coat with maxi belt.
